Replace DOCA with SDOCA functors in RD

Following discussion at the last RTA-WP3 meeting, replace centrally in HLT2 RD builders DOCA functors with SDOCA ones for short living particles.

It also implements DELTA_MASS functor for the general builder of Kshorts and Lambdas in rdbuilder_thor
