fix too high rates for multilepton builders

I was alerted that some multilepton lines were taking way too much space - true (I don't know why I didn't see that before, I am sorry). Now it's fixed. I also loosened significantly some FDCHI2 cuts which I thought are way too tight. It should be fine now.

I also fixed a typo on the B2ee lines and tightened the PIDe slightly, so that now

I tested locally and find it working. So this should be ready for central testing.
