Adding additional test for RawBanks SP.

Implemented:

  • extended test for HLT2 with MDF output
  • Added comment and assert that settings with len(streams.items()) > 1 and process == "hlt2" and options.output_type == "ROOT is not supported at this moment
  • test checking saved banks in the output MDF file
  • add RawBanks SP test for sprucing
