more source files for the functor cache

With Rec!1722 (merged) the functor cache is split across more source files.

In the current CMake build system, the maximum number of files has to be hardcoded in CMakeLists.txt.

With the master of Moore + upstream changes the cache contains 8 functors split across 7 files, here I set the maximum number of files to 10.
