Fix code that caused crashes online

• Fix 2 decay descriptors that were in wrong order for child cut to be applied. While already in this file: don't use SDOCA for Lambdas

Hi, all. Thanks for fixing the issue. And I noticed some minor questions to be fixed.

And I have a naive question that why wrong order of decay descriptor can cause crashes? Does it mean mu+ should NOT be the first? If so, then some decay descriptors in cmeson_to_sl_btag.py should be corrected. Now I see the problem is with _DZ_CHILD(1).
