2022 reprocessing

Options for the global reprocessing of 2022 data. Towards https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/opg/-/issues/2

Goes with LHCb!4176 (merged)

The reprocessing will be run on the PASSTHROUGH stream of HLT2 and write FULL, TURBORAW, TURCAL and LUMI streams.

TODO:

• Check what still needs to be merged before we can proceed
  • !2436 (merged)
  • Got requests for !2356 (merged), !2374 (merged) and !2472 (merged)
• Write MDF merger
• Figure out details of global tuning (tracking chi^2)
• Test production locally

I think we should keep the raw event in Turbo as long as one cannot refit tracks offline.

Hi @yagao @rmatev! Can we put this on a nightly slot and keep it there for a while? It looks as if it's needed to test the production.

@samarian pointed out that the smog lines are missing in the configuration, as they were not available when we run HLT2 online. Can we please add them @mstahl ? They live in https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Moore/-/tree/master/Hlt/Hlt2Conf/python/Hlt2Conf/lines/ift

@samarian can you take care (in a separate MR) of including them also in https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Moore/-/blob/master/Hlt/Hlt2Conf/python/Hlt2Conf/settings/hlt2_pp_commissioning.py so we have them for this year?
