Detached dilepton trigger 2023 tuning

Leon David Carus requested to merge detached_dilepton_trigger into master

This merge request introduces a few last changes for the 2023 data taking.

  1. Move from DOCA to SDOCA
  2. Add name and email address of author
  3. Remove cc from 4 body decay descriptors
  4. Slightly tighten selection of EE and MuE lines

The expected minbias rate for 2023 conditions (ghostprob cuts removed): 4 kHz
