Suppress warnings in log file

The build system detects warnings and errors in the log file of the functor creation as a failed build. This sets the output level to FATAL. CLOSES LHCBPS-1538

No need to accept now, I want to see the build and then we can filter out the remaining warnings as described in LHCBPS-1538.

looks much better

The python warnings we can disable by increasing the level of the python logger to error, I just have to figure out how. Then, there are the warnings from the factories, which I don't really understand.
