Fix default monitoring for lines with MVA-based filters

It was observed that the mass range in the default monitor for Hlt2_InclDetDiMuon changed.

The reason was that a corrected mass functor is used in the MVA that confused the monitoring (and me from a physics point of view...).

This MR removes MVA-based filters from the cut parsing of the default monitoring.
