Add a TAE test and hashes to names of scifi and calo decoding algorithms

Needed to setup two reconstructions in parallel.
Also add a test which runs over TAE data.

@rmatev at the moment I only test that the job does not crash. Is there an easy way to compare two counters? I could for example test that the number of long tracks of current and prev is different.

-> I am not aware of any simple method other than comparing references. But if TAE counters is something to be monitored closely (and for a long term) then it could be added to the LHCbPR dashboard where it is possible to plot any counter and compare between days.
