BnoC HLT2/Spruce lines

The BnoC HLT2 lines will be merged into this MR firstly. And then this MR will be merged into master.

The BnoC HLT2 line MRs which have been merged into this MR:

We will open another MR for these BnoC HLT2 line MRs (so the bnoc_run3_zewen will be kept after this MR is merged):

Other changes:

  • Automate creation of sprucing lines for new added Hlt2 line that has persistreco=True, e.g. flavour-tagging lines, such that the sprucing line only runs on the events in which the corresponding Hlt2 line fires
  • !2661 (merged) added BNOC_ prefix to all BnoC combiners and filters and unified names of lines, e.g. Lambda -> L0, Ks -> KS, Lb -> Lb0.
  • !2349 (merged) optimised BdToPpPmhh lines and use one BdToPpPmPipPim_NoPID line to replace three BdToPpPmhh lines.
