Add HLT2CALIB and BEAMGAS streams to PbPb config

  • the HLT2CALIB stream accepts all Hlt1TAE events
  • the BEAMGAS stream accepts all Hlt1BGI events except Hlt1BGICaloDigits and Hlt1BGIVeloClustersMicroBias
  • the Hlt1BGI lines are removed from the ION stream
