This MR adds three hlt2 lines for SMOG2 physics: Omega_c0, Xi_c0, Xi_c+.

The lines are tested with expected 2024 pAr, pAr+pp, pHe and pHe+pp simulation samples (10000 events), with the same HLT2 configuration as described in Moore!2915 (merged).

Event rates are small compared with those presented in Moore!2915 (merged) for other SMOG2 HLT2 lines.
