[RTA BW tests]: Specify file extension on BW output files; write to dst for sprucing

Goes with lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!375 (merged)

Here we just be explicit with the output file type: it's .mdf for the HLT1 and HLT2 bandwidth tests, and now .dst for sprucing, to better reflect real life.
