Re-enabling various RecoConf tests on DD4hep and renaming legacy CPU-based HLT1 code

Re-enabling various RecoConf tests on DD4hep platform based on updated input files. Plus some cleanup of a spotted unused code.

Renaming and clean up of legacy HLT1 code is included in this MR as well.

HLT2Conf tests will follow in a separate MR.
