Update femtoscopy lines for 2024

Thomas Boettcher requested to merge thboettc_update_femtoscopy into master

Updates HLT2 femtoscopy lines to filter on new HLT1 lines. For 2024, Hlt1L02PPi will be removed. Instead, the femtoscopy lines will now take as input:

  • Hlt1_SMOG2_L02PPiDecision
  • If appropriate, Hlt1XiOmegaLLLDecision
