Goes with lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!384 (merged)

In the PRConfig MR, I'm retiring the Moore job that runs the options files kept here in Moore. As such the test can also go (this is probably one of the slowest Moore tests as well).

I also use this branch to re-enable the QEE Hlt2 DiElectron lines in the bandwidth testing options, since we can now use a hlt1_filter_code with this sample following lhcb-conddb/file-content-metadata!82 (merged). I had to slightly broaden out the regex there to make it compatible with the current name of the HLT1 lines and the name of the lines before !2626 (merged) (which was the name of the HLT1 lines when this sample was HLT1-filtered). FYI @johndan.

TODO:

  • Speed up other very-slow HLT2 bandwidth qmtest by reducing number of lines?
