Bnoc BdsToVV update

Miroslav Saur requested to merge bnoc_run3_bdstovv_update into bnoc_run3

Update of BdsToVV module:

  • reverting vchi2pdof_max to default value in BdsToPhiPhi (per #701 (closed))
  • reverting dira cuts per line to default in make_btovv (per #701 (closed))
  • removing unique names passed to make_btovv

To do:

  • simplify cuts passed to specific combiners
