Add inclusive b-hadron -> p+ p+ p- line
Add initial for this hlt2 line was to inclusively triggering on b-hadron decays into p+ p+ p- (+cc). Given that the selection is inclusive, this was supposed to be a full stream line. For this iteration only exclusive lines will be added.

The corresponding total bandwidth (without UT) is roughly 5 MB/s.
The Hlt2BnoC_BuToPpPpDeutm_SS
line is the same-sign version of BuToPpPpDeutm
and prescaled by a factor 0.1.
Some of the new lines require deuterons. For them to be available Rec!3839 (merged) has to be merged. Correspondingly, there are new deuteron standard particles that are added in this MR as well:
