Fixing slow line combiner: Charm_D0ToHHHH_BuilderD0ToKmPimPipPip_untight

New cuts to fix the slow 4-body combiner Charm_D0ToHHHH_BuilderD0ToKmPimPipPip_untight.

Solution: As was suggested before, tighter cuts in the daughter particles will fix it.

The changes you propose here have negligible impact on the combiner, you need to significantly reduce the combinatorics before you create the composite. Only slightly increasing the PT cut on the untight kaons is probably not enough. Have you verified locally, that these changes drastically lower the time spent in the corresponding combiner?
