use PyConf.reading for sprucing reco

Unpacking of reco objects are duplicated in RecoConf.reco_objects_for_spruce and PyConf.reading. Remove this duplication which should also help with DaVinci using functions from standard_particles and Sprucing using get_ functions in PyConf.reading more naturally.
