Update HltEfficiencyChecker and expected2024 docs to latest reco binds

Doc changes only.

Goes with DaVinci!1067 (merged) which updates the HltEfficiencyChecker examples.

Also caught a couple of extra binds in hlt2_pp_expected24 that were added recently.
