Draft: New bdt-based HLT2 line for tau-> mu gamma

(Implemented in !3157 (merged))

New BDT-based HLT2 line for tau-> mu gamma. The MVA cut > 0.5 helps to keep the rate at 10 Hz as in !3012 (merged).

This line is also meant to be saved in TURBO.

Running over 100K minbias events:
