Enlarge psi2S mass window to prepare for early 2024 withUT data investigation

During 2024 early data study, people noticed that the mass resolution of beauty/charm particles is significantly broader than MC, and there is a mass shift of the peaking position. +-120MeV may not be enough for fitting the high-pT psi2S mass peak (no enough sideband region).

What we see in the current 2024 data, with psi2S pT larger than 12GeV is:

To prepare for the 2024 withUT data investigation and psi2S Xsec measurement, it would be good to enlarge a bit the mass window.

It may increase a bit the rate of Hlt2_Psi2SToMuMuDecision with a factor no more than O(50%), whose current bandwidth cost is about 0.01GB/s.
