B2OC: Added several new lines
Many new B2OC lines added
An array of new B2OC lines have been added to the b_to_open_charm lines,
and some B2OC standard_particles in b_to_open_charm.builders.basic_builder have been added/moved to use input from the general standard_particles
The overall B2OC structure is identical to what is already in master
