Remove BPVFDCHI2 cut from D02KSKS LLLL line

The MR removes a the BPVFDCHI2 cut from Dst2D0Pi2D02KS0KS0_LLLL HLT2 line, as it could affect the sample during analysis.

Tests on data show:

• +43% rate increase for D02KSKS LLLL line (50 Hz -> 72 Hz from estimates on data)
• +2.3 MB/s w.r.t. MC estimates (+0.11 MB/s from data estimates)
