Change Hlt2 reco test to use reconstruction including PID detectors

Change hlt2_reco_baseline.py to use hlt2_full_reconstruction and not hlt2_full_track_reconstruction.

The test RecoConf.hlt2_reco_baseline_multi_threaded has a segfault on master. I tested locally to include Rec!1806 (merged). This fixes the segfault but some differences in counters remain.

@cmarinbe and @aszabels with this change the full calo sequence is being tested for thread-safety.

@rmatev, @frodrigu I made it WIP so that it does not get merged but it would be nice that it gets tested together with Rec!1806 (merged). And once Rec!1806 (merged) is merged it can be included.

isn't this now the same as Hlt/RecoConf/tests/qmtest/hlt2_reco_tracking_calo_baseline.qmt? Do we drop it? And do you want to keep a test with only the tracking, but with a new name?
