Fix FT tests, enable in DD4HEP Builds

Remove the depedence to the WG lines by redefining standalone B->JpsiK & B->JpsiPhi line for Flavour tagging

to resolve part of the issue #566

The input sample has already been submitted in lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!486 (merged)
