Options for magnet off reconstruction

Maarten Van Veghel requested to merge mveghel-magoff into 2024-patches

Options to run over magnet off data. Will add qm test with mc checking.

Tested on MC, gives about 80% long track efficiency, decent chi2s, with pt set at 400 MeV.

  • magnet off tracking config
  • qm test with mc checking
  • ProtoParticle making with calo (and muon info?)
  • track containers with filtered on proto info

Needs Rec!3980 (merged), lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!429 (merged) Detector!585 (merged)

Used for testing in Alignment!527 (merged)
