Draft: New Lines for Lb2LcD Decays

New lines for studying Lambda_b0 -> Lambda_c+ D- with Lambda_c+ -> Lambda0 pi+ and Lambda_c+ -> p+ KS0 decay. The rates estimated by hlt1_filtered 2024 minbias samples will be given after tuning.

@chenlong Apparently you should not set 2024-patches as the source branch. Could you close this MR and open another one with b2oc-chenlong as the source and b2oc_upgrade as the target?
