Moved some 2024 .raw files to eos

  • Unfortunate dependencies on !3724 (merged) which is on 2024-patches
  • For TURBO and TURCAL can reduce number of events processed - will have to change FSR expectation too!
  • TURCAL issue with Exception: No particles propagated contrary to DecReports. How to deal with checking particles with streaming
