Remove hlt2_ift_pp_He

Remove the hlt2_ift_pp_He from the IFT lines as it's at least some of these lines are causing crashes in HLT2 in production. A more detailed issue will come with a full stack crash, but the current suspicion is the usage of ParticleCombiner="DecayTreeFitter" in these lines.
