Draft: add ghostprob calculation to refitting

Maarten Van Veghel requested to merge mveghel-gpforrefit into master

Adds the calculation of ghostprobs after track refitting (otherwise they are default/error value). Anyway they have to be recalculated if you do this.

  • add algorithm using the ghost tool separate from TBTC
