Prescale Hlt2BandQ_EMDM_B2D3Pi_D2KS3Pi_TT

Mengzhen Wang requested to merge bandq_prescale_emdm_Bmeson into 2024-patches

This is for reacting the call in #840 (comment 8477551) .

A factor of 5 prescaling is added into Hlt2BandQ_EMDM_B2D3Pi_D2KS3Pi_TT, Hlt2BandQ_EMDM_B2DDs_D2KS3Pi_TT, a factor of 9 prescaling is added to Hlt2BandQ_EMDM_B2DDs_D2KSPi_TT as a quick solution.

As a long-term solution we may further investigate the optimised selection targetting on 2025 data taking.
