Add isolation and tighten selection for B23lnu lines
Add additional tracks for isolation and additional photons to all B23lnu lines.
Tau lines are removed from Hlt selection and moved to sprucing.
Candidates selection is tightened for all lines:
- Consistent cuts of pT > 300 MeV, p > 3 GeV and GhostProb < 0.4 for all muons
- For all electrons require pT > 350MeV, PIDe > 0, GhostProb < 0.4 and IPCHI2 > 25
- For electrons in EEENu lines additionally at least one e with PIDe > 2, at least one e with pT > 500MeV, min(m(e+e-)) < 1500MeV
- For bachelor electron in EGammaNu additionally pT>800MeV, p>3GeV and InCalo
- For bachelor electron in all other lines additionally pT > 500MeV and InCalo
- Tighter cuts in B combination: DIRA > 0.995, pT > 1500MeV Furthermore fixed decay descriptor in TauEENu line
