New Monitors requested from PbPb

This MR targets some more correlation histograms requested by IFT:

• nFTClusters vs ghostProb (Profile) - moved to a new TrackCorrelationsMonitor class
• moved all track extrapolations to the VELOEnd, UT and SciFi also to the new TrackCorrelationsMonitor to make the TrackMonitor class a bit lighter
• ECAL energy vs nVELO tracks - in a new MonitorTrackECALCorrelations class
• ECAL energy vs nLong tracks - in a new MonitorTrackECALCorrelations class

Goes together with Rec!4124 (merged) LHCbIntegrationTests!99 (merged) DaVinci!1238 (merged)

If this (and Rec!4124 (merged)) are not going to be used during 2024 data taking, and surely this is a bit late for that (?) or subsequent resprucing campaigns, these MRs should target master instead of 2024-patches.
