SLB Nov Hackathon: Removal of duplicated lines

This MR removes the Bc lines which have the same final state as corresponding B lines, since they essentially duplicate events. There were slight differences in cuts between Bc/B lines but these have been made more uniform when merging.

Removed lines are:

  • BcToD0MuNu (and fake mu line) BWs: 0.0239GB/s (0.0365GB/s)
  • BcToD0ENu (and fake e line) BWs: 0.0596GB/s (0.0419GB/s)

Estimated total BW reduction of 0.16GB/s in the full stream
