The selections of detached jpsi and psi2S lines already exist in dimuon.py. This MR is to add the line register for these two lines.

A few additional changes are applied to dimuon.py to be consistent with !404 (merged) .

Some new samples are added to the test option file Hlt/Hlt2Conf/options/Hlt2DiMuonLines_test.py.

The efficiencies for the Jpsi selection of some B->JpsiX decays are tested:

B0->Jpsi rho: Hlt2Jpsi2MuMuDetachedLine Eff=|( 53.14000 +- 0.705711)%|
B+ -> Jpsi K+: Hlt2Jpsi2MuMuDetachedLine Eff=|( 53.28000 +- 0.705584)%|
B -> Jpsi K pi pi: Hlt2Jpsi2MuMuDetachedLine Eff=|( 53.14000 +- 0.705711)%|
Lb -> Jpsi p K: Hlt2Jpsi2MuMuDetachedLine Eff=|( 51.84000 +- 0.706628)%|
Mini bias: Hlt2Jpsi2MuMuDetachedLine Eff=|( (0.1833333 +- 0.0246980)%|,  Hlt2psi2S2MuMuDetachedLine Eff=|(0.07333333 +- 0.0156290)%|
