Draft: Add options to run ChargedPIDsChecker

Add options to run ChargedPIDChecker:

  • default_input_and_conds_hlt2_BpToKee.py: sets input files and conditions
  • hlt2_reco_charged_pids_checker.py: defines reco options to run
  • hlt2_reco_charged_pids_checker.qmt: add a test to check the options run

FYI @palaguar @mveghel

Todo:

  • use testfiledb for input data
  • decide if test is needed/useful. If so, should be moved to new test format.
