This is the summary MR for B2CC improvements in 2025 targeting to the deadline in April.

where do you start here? I add other convener @dmanuzzi that we can follow up here.

• check lines with BPV(pvs) and move to OWNPV
• the lines has persistreco =true will go to the Full stream.
• there are Jpsi->e+e- lines that there is no proponents working on them. Put those to the Full stream - anyone who decides to look into those decays can benefit from re-sprucing
• lines have huge background should be studied to improve the S/B. Contact corresponding authors for them to optimise their lines.

is it not better to aim all these MR into this b2cc_202501 branch first instead of merging them into master one by one? you will have conflicts at the end
