Started integration test build. Once done, check the results or the comparison to a reference build.

Mostly the same test failures in Moore and LHCbIntegrationTests as were seen in the previous tests. The following tests all have python errors that appear to be related to this MR (links to test results for x86_64_v2-el9-gcc13-opt)
