SL: New definition for fake muon lines

Central application of new FAKE MUON definition, aka InMUON=1 & ISMUON=0 & PIDMU<2, for SL lines.

Cleanup of the code with now obsolete fake muon builders

@amathad @bimitres I merged this for general test purposes (we're launching one very soon). I'll create a subsequent MR if the overall BW results are not satisfying, implementing the strategy discussed yesterday at the WG meeting

@tfulghes the title says INMUON=0, but I suppose it is INMUON=1. Right? Are you thinking to run on a small data sample?
