Electron and muons with a pT threshold are persisted in dielectron lines

After discussion in !4569, I have prepared this merge request to !4563 (merged). Electron and muon with PT>5 GeV containers are persisted in dielectron turbo lines. The PT cut has been included to reduce the BW. According to my private test there is an increase of 0.5% of the QEE turbo BW, therefore it should be sustainable.

Hi @lsestini could you please resolve the conflicts?

It's past 5pm in the UK, meaning that the QEE internal deadline was 6 hours ago, and the requirement was that MRs were merged by then. The liaisons and I have stretched the deadline, but it is now time for us to go home and next week we must focus on getting qee_upgrade into master, and getting back to the other responsibilities we have neglected for the 2nd half of this week. Thus, this MR is de-prioritised and will only be added to qee_upgrade on a discretionary basis if we have time to do so.

Hi @lsestini , this MR is fine for us from the Dark Photon 2 ee team, as long as your selection is tight enough and it doesn't blow up our already large bandwidth. Would be good to see the impact of this merge request on this
