increase mumu mass range to include psi two s

Sorry for missing the deadline, personal emergency happened. Making draft merge request to put it on the radar.

I'd like to make possible the study of SL Bc decays to psi(2S) in addition to j/psi.

First draft of this request simply increased the mass range of Hlt2SLB_BcToJpsiMuNu_JpsiToMuMuDecision line (and fake version) to +120 MeV past psi(2S). This increases the rate of the FakeMuon line from 0.0774 kHz to 0.155 kHz with the standard Moore BW script run locally. BW increase from 0.0186GB/s to 0.0386 GB/s. The signal muon line is zero for both selections, so can't compare.

Moving to two mass ranges, the background added will be roughly (240 extra MeV range) / (589 extra MeV range) = 0.4 so depending on the exact psi(2S) signal to background ratio the overall rate would be something like 1.5-1.75 times the old ones probably.

May want to consider getting opinions on expanding this selection to other Bc to Jpsi SL lines.

Hi @mrudolph the change seems quite straightforward so I don't think there is any problem, I might have a suggestion related to BW improvement without creating new lines. What about taking two subset of mass ranges with F.require_any(U1, U2) where U1 is

\pm 120

MeV wrt J/psi pdg value and U2 is

\pm 60

MeV wrt psi2s pdg value? I think all happens between in the mass spectrum is not relevant for SL control sample studies

oh we should also adjust the sprucing, I suppose it makes sense to do it here. just to lower the git conflicts may wait on that till the suggested !4623 (merged) MR is merged so

@mrudolph could you rebase this MR with SLB-datataking-2025 and then merge the changes in !4623 (merged) in your branch (only you have the authority to do it)?
