SLB: Proposed solution to enlarge mass range to include psi2s

Hi @mrudolph, I didn't know how to write this suggestion directly on your MR so I wrote another one.

We could probably change the main builder in this way, adding a couple of parameters by default NONE, to include the mass range of psi(2s)

yeah if we are fine adding the option for two mass ranges generally to the main builder function this would be better since we can focus the ranges. feel free to merge. i will put a couple notes on numbers in the other MR
