Reduce Xi0 combinatorics

Follow up on !4159 (merged). Should reduce combinatorics as much as possible.

• Cone cut not working because LHCb and Rec interference broke F.ETA and F.PHI functors
• F.ETA hot fix available in LHCb!4993
• F.PHI discussed in LHCb#390

The mass cut could be included already probably. Tests on Simulation still ongoing.

Solution: Completely removed dependence now on the above functors by manually setting it up based on momenta components and simple functors. Mass cut and cone cut are verified offline on simulation.

Hi @jherdiec thanks very much for this, we really appreciate the effort in reducing the combinatorics of these lines. Unfortunately, because of the dependencies, and since we need to finalise rd-devel-march25 today, we'll have to postpone this MR until next round of changes. We'll let you know when this happens.

@fibishop @mtat as discussed in the morning, I implemented it manually as suggested by @vlisovsk. I verified that the cut is doing what @vlisovsk and I discussed previously.

From my side this is good to go now. If I remember the numbers correctly it reduces combinatorics by something like 30%.

Could one of you run a bandwidth test on the baryonic lines with these cuts included? By now my setup is quite outdated. This would be highly appreciated.

Would be interesting to see, if we still get these warnings. Thank you!
