Disable excessively 'slow' tests from address sanitizer builds

Excludes a number of tests from the address sanitiser, as these tests are already very slow, and as such are causing timeout issues in the nighties in the sanitiser builds.

Note, part of the problem here could be xrootd/EOS issues, so until this is understood more do not merge.

Should be reassessed once a more general issue with the excessively slow initialisation speed of Moore (#187 (closed)) is addressed.
