Add D0 to KS KS HLT2 line

HLT2 Dst2D02KsKs lines have been added: LL Loose, LD Loose, DD Loose, LL Tight, LD Tight, DD Tight.

Expected efficiency for the LL Loose line is 10^-3, for the LD Loose line is 9x10^-4 and for the DD Loose line is 3.8X10^-4, giving an overall efficiency of 2,3x10^-3. The efficiency for the LL, LD and DD Tight lines is expected to be the same (the two sets are different in cuts that are nearly 100% on signal).

The overall expected signal rate for the LL, LD and DD lines is expected to be 22.7 Hz.
