Move charm lines to Hlt2Conf/lines/charm and fix d0_to_ksks.py line

  • Move and rename D02HH, D02HHHH, D2HHH, RareCharm* modules from lines to lines/charm.

  • Fix the lines in the d0_to_ksks.py module:

    • add prefilters (require_gec + require_pvs)
    • substitute reco_objects_from_file with reconstruction_objects
