Updates to RICH reco. configuration needed for n-1 scale factor calibration task

RICH refractive index calibration needs to run the RICH reconstruction with a specially tuned reconstruction, that allows larger side-bands in the CK theta resolution plots, to allow the fit that is performed enough information on the shape of the underlying background to properly fit it. This update adds a new configurable option to tune the photon selection cuts better.
